I am also an SRA (Squash Rackets Association) Squash coach and LTA (Lawn Tennis Association) Tennis Coach. My background is sports science.

I am a Master Matwork Teacher, Reformer, Cadillac Qualified and all small equipment, Pregnancy, Pilates Chair, ladder barrel. Qualified with the Body Control Pilates Association. Member of the BCPA also Registered as an advanced level 3 Pilates teacher with REP's (Register of Exercise Professionals).
Lifestyle Pilates has two extremely relaxing studios, fully equipped with ten reformers and mats, boxes, barrels and all the small equipment in the beautiful large studio and a traditional Pilates studio with Cadillac, reformer.
The Pilates studio is friendly, professional and tailored to you as an individual.
