I am also a SRA (Squash Rackets Association) Squash coach and acLTA (Lawn Tennis Association) Tennis Coach. My background is sports science.

I (Beverley Densham), have been running Lifestyle Pilates studios since 1998. I am a Sports Scientist and was the first qualified Pilates teacher with the BCPA in Hertfordshire. BSc(Hons), Dip .
I am also a Master Matwork Teacher; Reformer and Cadillac qualified and all small pilates equipment. I am qualified in Pregnancy, Pilates Chair and ladder barrel. Qualified with the Body Control Pilates Association. Member of the BCPA also Registered as an advanced level 3 Pilates teacher with REP's (Register of Exercise Professionals).
Lifestyle Pilates has two extremely relaxing studios, fully equipped with nine reformers, mats, boxes, barrels and all the small equipment in the beautiful large studio and a traditional Pilates studio with Cadillac and reformers.
