How to find the Lifestyle Pilates Studios
The Lifestyle Pilates studio is situated at the back of Birchwood Leisure Centre, Longmead, Hatfield (where Activity world is based).

From the A1(M), leave at Junction 4

Take the second exit which will take you towards the A414 Hertford

At the small roundabout near Tesco, go straight over into Great North Road which leads into Longmead
(DO NOT continue on the A414) you will see the Chrysler Jeep/Cherokee garage on your left, follow the Birchwood Leisure Centre signs.

The Leisure Centre is past the next mini-roundabout on the right hand side.

When you arrive at the centre, do not park in the main car park, but drive to the back of the main
buuilding.

The Lifestyle Pilates studio is located behind the building and is clearly signposted.
