Happy 12th Birthday Party - Sat 22nd May 2010

Jake Wood, who plays Max Branning in the BBC1 soap, was our guest of honour at the party for Lifestyle Pilates, at Birchwood Leisure Centre, in Longmead.
Members of the group sang happy birthday before children released 12 purple balloons to mark the occasion.
Jake was asked to attend the celebrations as his wife Alison joined Lifestyle Pilates in October last year.

The Studio
|
Lessons take place on a unique Pilates machine designed by Joseph Pilates - The Reformer. It is excellent to increase body tone as it uses extra resistance with springs and pulleys. You will discover a whole NEW repertoire of exercises which work on your muscle balance and alignment. In the main studio each client has their own Reformer there are a maximum of 10 clients per class which is excellent.
